The heart of Hinkle's business is the design team. Hinkle designers are experts in reviewing components and assembly environments in order to conceptualize optimal solutions. Working closely with your packaging department, our staff systematically tackles your handling needs to maximize protection of products and employees and reduce system waste.

Hinkle's design lab has successfully completed in excess of 50,000 original packaging designs. Each design output is evaluated using the following criteria:

Protection: Does this design provide superior part protection?

Economics: Does this design provide significant cost savings?

Performance: Does the pack load, unload, store, stack, and ride well?

Ergonomics/Safety: Does the design load and unload safely?

Identification/Labeling: Does the pack meet system requirements?

Environmental: Is the design environmentally responsible?
