High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is extremely strong against impact, abrasion resistant, and exhibits a low coefficient of friction. The material is also moisture, stain, and odor resistant. HDPE comes in different sheet thicknesses or could be extruded into shapes. From there it can be used “as is” or be fabricated into more complex assemblies. Head over to our Returnable page to see examples of how HDPE can be used.
Corrugated is made from paper-based material, a third of which is recycled. The typical shape of corrugated consists of a fluted corrugated sheet and two flat linerboards. Corrugated comes in different thickness (flute size) and strengths (test). We specialize in notched blocks and various box styles including RSC, HSC, trays and die cut containers. Examples of our corrugated designs can be found on the expendables page.
Paperboard is a thick paper-based material. Chipboard also comes in different thicknesses and strengths. This material is a great solution for expendable packs with lightweight parts. To see some examples of how we use chipboard visit our expandable page.
